A No. Meeting Part M and Designing Lifetime Homes is targeted at all housing sectors and the plans reflect this. While the Lifetime Homes standards meet some elements of Scheme Development Standards, RSLs building Lifetime Homes are advised to refer to the most recent edition of SDS. In addition, RSLs are advised to refer to the NHF publication “Standards & Quality in Development”
