16 Design Criteria (up to 5 July 2010)
This version of the Lifetime Homes Standard is a requirement of the May 2009 Version 2 of the Code Technical Guidance, which was replaced on 11 November 2010 for a new version of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
Any development registered against the Nov 2010 version of the Code Technical Guidance should incorporate the Revised Lifetime Homes Standard.
